Who provides the membership
Ourvia is operated by Karl Greif, doing business as KG Media, in Pennsylvania, United States. Questions about a website membership may be sent to hello@ourvia.app.
One household membership
One paid Ourvia membership covers the purchasing account and one invited partner in the same Ourvia household. The purchaser is the household membership owner. A partner does not need to purchase a second subscription, and access may not be resold or shared outside that household.
Plans, trial, and renewal
The standard website plans are $9.99 per month or $59.99 per year in U.S. dollars. A payment method is required to begin the one-month trial. Unless canceled before the displayed trial end, the selected plan is charged and renews automatically on its monthly or annual schedule until canceled. The checkout must show the charge date and amount before confirmation.
Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Website purchasing will initially be offered to customers in the United States in USD.
Waitlist founding offer
Eligible confirmed Ourvia waitlist members may receive a first annual term for $49.99 after the one-month trial. Unless canceled, that membership renews at the standard $59.99 annual price. Eligibility, the first charge, and the renewal amount and date must appear before purchase. The offer is limited to one introductory use per eligible purchaser and household.
Cancellation
A website membership may be canceled through the billing provider's self-service customer portal. Cancellation stops the next charge. Access continues through the end of the trial or paid billing period unless a refund, chargeback, or provider revocation ends the entitlement sooner. Canceling does not ordinarily refund a completed charge.
Failed payments and grace period
If a renewal payment fails, Ourvia provides a 14-day entitlement grace period while the provider attempts recovery. If payment has not recovered when that grace period ends, paid access expires. A later verified recovery may restore access without creating a second household.
Refund policy
A website customer may request a refund of the first paid charge within 14 days by contacting hello@ourvia.app. Ourvia will approve that first-charge request unless there is clear evidence of fraud or repeated abuse. Later renewal charges are non-refundable except for duplicate or erroneous charges, where required by law, or when Ourvia approves an exception. Refunding the most recent subscription payment ends paid access immediately. No prorated refund is promised.
Purchases made later through Apple or Google will follow the applicable store's refund process and policies. These terms do not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Billing support
Ourvia aims to acknowledge billing-support requests within 1 business day and provide a substantive response or resolution within 2 business days. Never send full card details by email. Support may request non-sensitive account or provider identifiers needed to locate the purchase.
Access and service changes
Paid access is based on verified entitlement state, not an email address or a browser-only flag. Ourvia may update features, supported platforms, and these terms as the service develops. Material membership changes will be presented with an updated effective date and terms version. Continuing a renewing membership after properly disclosed changes constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
Availability
Ourvia will use reasonable care to provide the service, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Nothing on the marketing site is professional, legal, financial, medical, or relationship advice.
Privacy
The Ourvia privacy notice explains account, household, billing-provider, entitlement, support, retention, export, and deletion practices. The app authenticates the account before creating an identified checkout URL.
