Does my partner pay separately?
No. One Ourvia household membership includes the purchaser and one invited partner.
What if I leave checkout?
Complete—or leave—checkout without changing account access. Returning without completing checkout does not grant access; membership changes only after the billing provider reports a verified entitlement.
When will I be charged?
The approved launch plans include a one-month trial. The selected $9.99 monthly or $59.99 annual membership renews automatically after the trial unless canceled beforehand. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
How do I cancel?
The signed-in household owner can open the billing provider’s self-service membership portal from Ourvia. Cancellation stops the next charge; access continues through the current trial or paid term unless a refund, chargeback, or provider revocation ends it sooner.
Can I use Ourvia on my phone?
Yes. Ourvia works in the browser on iPhone and Android. You can add it to your Home Screen in two quick steps so it opens like an app, with no app-store download required.
Are Memories included?
Not yet. Memories are planned, but they are not currently included in the launch membership. This page will be updated only after that feature is available and verified.
Will app-store subscriptions be offered later?
That is the intended next distribution step. Apple and Google purchase options will be added only after their store-specific implementation and review requirements are satisfied.
