Information this site collects
The public site currently has no signup, contact, account, analytics, advertising, or tracking form. Ourvia does not receive an email address, name, household information, relationship information, or application data through this website. Early-access collection will remain disabled until its separate privacy, email, postal-address, database, abuse-prevention, webhook, and retention requirements are complete.
Hosting and basic delivery
Vercel hosts and delivers this website and may process ordinary network and security information needed to serve and protect it under Vercel’s terms. Ourvia does not intentionally write raw IP addresses to an application database or application log. The public build does not load third-party analytics, advertising pixels, a waitlist provider, or externally hosted web fonts.
Cookies and tracking
Ourvia does not configure analytics cookies, advertising cookies, behavioral tracking, or tracking pixels on this public informational site. Infrastructure providers may use strictly necessary security mechanisms under their own terms.
Contact
Dedicated general and privacy email contacts are being prepared and will be published after they are verified. Until then, current launch updates are available through @ourvia.app on Instagram (opens in a new tab).
Future early-access signup
Before signup is enabled, this notice and the consent language will receive a separate final review. The approved operational plan uses explicit consent, double opt-in, unsubscribe and deletion procedures, abuse prevention, minimized suppression records, and a 30-day limit for unconfirmed signups. This statement does not claim attorney approval and does not activate data collection.
